Since 1875 the Salgado family has been selecting and developing one of the best olive oils produced in Spain.

It is able to supply all types of edible oil to any part of the world.

Over the years, we have specialized in the distribution of dry food products, mainly edible oils, to the national market in the ‘Horeca’ sector (hotels, Restaurants, cafes and catering).

You could say that we are one of the most emblematic companies in the world of hospitality in Madrid with a large representation at a national level thanks to the extensive hotel and restaurant chains which we are able to service from Madrid to any part of the National territory.

For more than 5 generations the Salgado family has developed a line of high quality olive oils based on a deep knowledge of consumer habits and tastes, especially with the insights of the chef as a hotel professional.

We have two important manufacturing centres and a distribution warehouse for the packaged product:

Refinery in Dos Hermanas (Sevilla). We supply our factory and our customers via tanks or totes.
Packaging factory in Alcolea, Córdoba.
Logistics warehouse as a national distribution center in Getafe, Madrid.
