A special olive oil with an extra light taste. It has a clean taste with no bitterness and has nuances of fruits such as apples, tomatoes, or bananas.
The oil is developed from a blend of olives, usually ‘Arbequina’, ‘Hojiblanca’, and other autochthonous types. These are difficult to find because of their perfection and durability.
